Points Redemption

The Axxzia Member Rewards Program (hereinafter referred to as "the Program") is only applicable to the Axxzia Hong Kong website. By applying for membership, you agree to all the terms and conditions of the Program. Points are valid from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. All unused points will automatically expire without notice. Members will only earn points after completing an order on the Axxzia Hong Kong website, which will be automatically credited to the member's account upon order confirmation. If a member requests a return or refund after purchase, the points earned for that transaction will be automatically deducted after the refund process is completed. If the order is a partial return, the points will be recalculated based on the final actual amount spent. Members can use points to redeem designated gifts or offers. All gifts and offers are limited in quantity and available while supplies last. Coupons redeemed with points cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons or discounts on the website. Redeemed gifts can be shipped separately. Orders under HK$450 will incur shipping fees; orders over HK$450 qualify for free shipping. Redeemed gifts are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-exchangeable. To ensure accurate points accumulation, members must check out using the same member account. All shopping records and points accumulation are based on Axxzia's system backend data. Axxzia Hong Kong reserves the right to modify the program's content, points rules, gifts, and terms and conditions at any time. Axxzia reserves the right to change the program due to system updates, operational adjustments, or other reasons; members should check the published member communications and official website for information from time to time.
